This second volume in the PepperSpray Mixtape series focuses on womxn empowerment. Between songs like Cleva by Erykah Badu, Just Because I’m a Woman by Dolly Parton and, Girls!, Girls!, Girls! by Liz Phair are excerpts from a documentary of Shirley Chisholm speaking on being the first Black congresswoman and parts of a Democracy Now episode featuring a conversation between legendary activist Angela Davis, and one of the founders of the Black Lives Matter movement Alicia Garza, as well other inspiring clips.
